Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use your150. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

• your150 accounts are tied to a single phone number. One phone number may be associated with only one account.
• You must use your real first name and last initial. Impersonation, fake accounts, and pseudonyms are not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure, including any PIN or biometric lock you set up.
• You may delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

• Connections on your150 are mutual — both people must confirm before a connection is active.
• Each account may have a maximum of 150 active connections at one time.
• Removing a connection triggers a 48-hour cooldown before that slot can be reused, to discourage disruptive or repeated churn.
• You cannot view the connection lists of your connections — this is a core privacy feature of the Service, not a bug or limitation to be circumvented.

• your150 is free up to a set number of connections. During our beta, the free limit is 50 connections. The free limit that applies to your account is the one in effect when you signed up, and we may set a different limit for new accounts later. Accounts that want more connections than their free limit can subscribe for $3 per month, billed through Stripe on our website.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your web account dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

• You retain ownership of the content (text, photos, videos) you post. By posting, you grant your150 a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for your connections.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and the private comments you send.
• Posts are limited to 200 words of text. A post can hold up to 5 photos or one video of up to 30 seconds; we may enforce these limits automatically.

• Users can report posts, comments, or accounts that violate these Terms.
• Because private comments are encrypted, our ability to proactively review their content is limited; enforcement in this area is primarily complaint-driven.
• We may investigate reports, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
• We aim to respond to safety reports within 24 hours.

You may block another user, which prevents their posts from appearing in your feed. Blocking does not necessarily notify the other user, and does not retroactively delete comments already exchanged.

The your150 name, logo, and app design are owned by your150 and may not be used without permission. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

This section is being finalized. It will set out whether disputes are resolved through binding arbitration, whether a class-action waiver applies, and which jurisdiction's law governs these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
